Masonic Foundation for Children

Addiction, Depression/Suicide, Eating Disorders, Violence/Bullying -- We continue to assist schools in successfully combating these serious issues in our youth.  Help us help kids.

How do you help people in my community?

By focusing on prevention we seek to help avoid the tragedies that are associated with addiction, such as suicide (a leading cause of death among teens), teenage pregnancy, violence, physical and sexual child abuse, homicide, depression, tragedy on the highway, mental and physical illness, birth defects, and on and on.

Why do you need my support?

We need your support because every child counts. Seeds of hope are continually planted each time a Core Team is trained. Generations of children will benefit, thus no gift is too small. The Masonic Foundation for Children is different because we are pro-active with regard to addiction. Our goal is to continue to organize programs in all 50 States and Canada and Europe so that drug and alcohol abuse may become truly an exception rather than a commonplace.

How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?

The money donated to this Foundation is devoted to training educators and to maintaining the high quality of the MMSAT program. We do not waste any money because the health and well-being of thousands of children's lives are in the balance. Our administrative costs are among the lowest of any charitable group.

Can I Volunteer? How?

Send us your name, address and phone number (if e-mail, send to nmfc@cais.com).. We will forward it to the coordinator in your State.
