How do you help people in my community?

Our grassroots campaigns like the Great American Meatout reach over one thousand communities in all 50 states. Chances are good that your community is among them. Educational events include information tables, exhibits, lectures, and video screenings documenting the relationship between diet and health.

FARM is supported by small contributions from individuals who care about the health of their family and their planet. We could not function without this support.

How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?

FARM does not use professional fund raisers, so the funds collected go directly to support our programs. FARM’s staffers volunteer all or part of their time, so your contribution is matched by their forgone wages. FARM’s expenses are monitored closely to give you get the biggest “bang for the buck.” FARM’s financial operations are audited annually in compliance with the strict standards of Combined Federal Campaign and United Way.
