How do you help people in my community?

If you have a Mexican heritage we are working for your people. We are striving to bring them health and healing. Your dollars can be directly used to provide low cost, and or no cost, health care to people in Mexico.

Why do you need my support?

We can only stay in operation through gifts from people like you. We are pleased to received large gifts and small gifts. And many small gifts add up! It was a few small gifts put together that provided the special catheter for the young girl with cancer noted above. It is gifts from people like you that enable us to touch lives and change them forever. Your gifts will go towards equipment, medicine, and hospital bills of people in need, so they can receive the care they need without being turned away, or by being burdened by a huge hospital bill.

How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?

Only 9.6 % of our budget last year went towards overhead expenses. Our organization exists through volunteers so that your money can be put to use where it is needed most, in Mexico. Our governing Board meets quarterly to keep the organization on track with its spending and meeting its goals. As members of The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, we are audited each year to hold us accountable with your money.

Can I Volunteer? How?

Yes! We’d love to have you volunteer. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a medical background or not. Volunteers are used for any length of stay from one day to a few years. You could join a construction team to help paint, hang drywall, or plumb if you can! Perhaps you have a medical background and would like to join a Health Fair team where we go in to teach health care as well as screen for diabetes and high blood pressure. No matter what you do we can find a place for you to serve. We’d love to have you come and see how your dollars are being put to good use.
